Yoga Club began on 1995 in Mumbai which beginning with 5 people. This concept
has rapidly spread worldwide. As at 2011 there are more than 8000 Laughter
Clubs in 65 countries.

I agree that laughing can be a cure to an exhausting day. Moreover, scientifically laughing increases our serotonin and dopamine hormone levels which in turn make us feel happy and relaxed. After a long and exhausting day, I watch a comedy movie and joke around with my sister, this kind of action or a more suitable title would be "therapy" changes my mood in a nanosecond and I feel happy and comfortable back again.
ReplyDeleteLaughing is absolutely the best and the cheapest cure to all problems. We all find ourselves feeling better whenever we have a good laugh. Such positive effects have driven some experts to develop "Laughing Therapy" in which they use laughter to treat both patients and healthy people and make them feel better. I personally hope I could experience one of those laughing therapy sessions to see what they look like.
