Benefits of green tea

I became a fan of green tea not for its delicious taste, but for its benefits. Honestly, the real reason I drink it is because I believe that it helps in burning fats and weight loss. As a result, green tea retains maximum amount of antioxidants and poly-phenols the substances that give green tea its many benefits.

  2. Green tea is beneficial but the people should understand that an over dose will cause a side effects like nausea and osteoporosis. In addition, green tea contain tannins which stimulate the stomach to produce more acid. SO, people should not drink it when the stomach is empty.
